NIT an Ingram Micro Company has over 20 years of experience in the industry. Established in the early 1990s, NIT was a market leading system integrator in the IT & physical security industry, focusing on network infrastructure and partnering with market leaders such as Cisco, Red Hat, Citrix, R&M and many more. The company also partnered with Axis Communications at this time as the region’s first reseller.
In 1996 Axis launched the world’s first IP Camera. Seeing the potential in the security market, NIT an Ingram Micro Company opened a separate security division in 1999 and became the first regional distributor of Axis in 2002. Today, NIT is the leading regional Value Added Distributor of Axis, Milestone, and many more leading brands in the region.
The company has continued its expansion and focused its operations as a value added distributor in video surveillance and physical security, offering solutions to a wide network of channel partners in the Greater Middle East, Turkey and Africa covering 56 countries.
